Colors... how special!
Color can only be seen when there is light.
Without light, everything is black and white and all shades of gray in between.
You don't see the colors in the dark, but they are there, because when the light is turned on, all colors are visible again.
If you have no color in your life for a while, you just have to shine a light on it and the colors will reappear. When you look at it that way, it's actually quite simple.
When I paint, I am aligned with the universe. The universe communicate with me through my artwork. After my intuitive painting is done, I tune in the painting and write about it. The words come to me in flow, they are not my words but universal words that I have channeled. I love this way of painting and writing. It is meaningful. And gives to me another dimension to abstract art.

When we experience the beauty of art, just like when we experience love or gratitude, we feel that we are part of something bigger than ourselves. Ultimately, more than anything else, this overcoming of separateness is exactly what we need. Especially in this tumultuous time.
Kleuren...wat bijzonder eigenlijk! Kleur is alleen te zien als er licht is. Zonder licht is alles zwart-wit en alle grijstinten ertussen. Je ziet de kleuren in het donker niet maar ze zijn er wel, want als het licht aangaat zijn alle kleuren weer zichtbaar.
Als je even geen kleur in je leven hebt moet je er gewoon een licht op schijnen en komen de kleuren weer tevoorschijn. Als je het zo bekijkt is het eigenlijk heel simpel.
Als ik schilder, ben ik in lijn met het universum. Het universum communiceert met mij via mijn kunstwerken. Nadat mijn intuïtieve schilderij klaar is, stem ik me af en schrijf erover. De woorden komen in flow naar mij toe, het zijn niet mijn woorden maar universele woorden die ik heb gechanneld. Ik hou van deze manier van schilderen en schrijven. Het is betekenisvol. En geeft me een andere dimensie en kijk op abstracte kunst.

Wanneer we schoonheid van kunst ervaren, voelen we - net zoals wanneer we liefde of dankbaarheid ervaren - dat we deel uitmaken van iets dat groter is dan onszelf.
